Meet our new Executive Chef Martin Wilda who comes to us most recently from Sway where he was their Executive Chef for the past 2 years. Sway is one of Austin’s best and most sought after culinary destinations and Chef Wilda has been in charge of all menu development and culinary operations. Prior to Sway, he helped open the first US Radisson Blu hotel in Chicago as the Executive Sous Chef for almost 5 years. He has also spent time in the culinary world in Chicago, San Francisco, and Appleton, Wisconsin. Chef Wilda received a Bachelors in Finance as well as his Culinary Degree from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT. Prev to that he was the Sous Chef at Sofitel Chicago Water Tower in their outlet operations. He has also spent time in the culinary world in other Chicago eatiers, San Francisco establishments, even Appleton Wisconsin (Yes he is a fellow Cheesehead). Martin has a Bachelors in Finance as well as received his Culinary Degree from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT.
